| Stefan a plus de 18 ans d’expérience dans des postes axés sur des projets dans un environnement industriel multinational. Il a occupé avec succès des postes dans les ventes, la gestion de produits et de projets. Il a une formation en gestion et en ingénierie de production. Il est un membre actif du SPM et PMI et détient un certificat PMI-PMP Instructor / SCRUM Product Owner et SAFe Agilist. Stefan Isler est membre de la direction de R+R Burger und Partner AG et dirige l’unité commerciale Projects4P. Il agit à titre de consultant principal et de formateur dans le milieu de la gestion de projet.

| In collaboration between academic and business partners we were elaborating the question how an innovative assessment tool can trigger and accompany an organisational transformation. This study was supported by Innosuisse, a Swiss agency that supports science-based innovation projects. In this interactive session we will provide the insights based on our research and involve the participants in an active discussion and further validation. Our objective is to stimulate transformation for increasing the project management organisational maturity for a better future. |
